As Thurston and Mason counties’ hometown bank for more than 113 years, we have been able to grow and develop programs like our new Two Cent campaign as a result of our customers’ loyal business. In 2020, this program continues to allow us to go above and beyond to serve our community in more ways. And for the month of March, our customers that choose to pay with their debit cards will generate 2¢ per swipe to support the Dollars for Scholars mission in Yelm.
Dollars for Scholars is a nonprofit organization that supports academic success in our community with a mission of helping hometown students achieve their educational goals by raising scholarship funds, establishing endowments, providing assistance with college readiness and the financial aid process, and distributing scholarships each year.
Helping in the mission is simple! By swiping, using your digital wallet, or ordering online, your OlyFed debit card will generate two cents to be donated to their mission; and that can add up to a lot of positive change. There’s no need to sign-up or round-up to make a donation. This charitable gift-giving program is free and works with any OlyFed debit card that’s tied to an active account. It’s an automatic stream of donations!
