Hired in December 2019, Traci began her OlyFed career as a Customer Service Representative at the Belfair branch before being promoted to Universal Banker less than a year later. In January 2024, Traci took her wealth of knowledge and customer service expertise to help launch the bank’s Customer Care Center where she serves our growing number of customers who do their banking virtually.
Traci has received numerous internal corporate value awards that recognize her dedicated service to OlyFed and her customers. In fact, Traci was recognized in 2023 as the Kris Fischer Excellence in Customer Service Award recipient, one of OlyFed’s most prestigious awards given to an individual who displays superior customer service every day.

Traci spent her early years living in Germany until the first grade. She has a sister named Staci and they grew up two peas in a pod. She loves dogs and has had many big, fluffy dogs of her own over the years, sharing them with her husband, Shawn, who was her high school sweetheart!
