Trina
began her OlyFed career in November 2014 as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at the Lacey branch. A quick study and natural leader, she was promoted less than a year later to Lead CSR and in September 2016, promoted to Universal Banker. Trina’s hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed and in August 2018, she was promoted to Tumwater Assistant Branch Manager before moving to the Lacey branch in 2021.
Trina’s commitment to OlyFed is evidenced by the numerous internal organizational value awards she has received for living out our mission each day and her superior level of customer service. She has shown leadership not only in her branch but throughout the organization, serving on OlyFed’s Better Fedder Committee, a team dedicated to enhancing the vision and mission of the bank.

The only thing Trina is better known for than her exemplary customer service, is hosting amazing parties. She is every kid’s favorite banker, and she keeps a treasure chest at her desk to make sure of it! She’ll also always have a great dad joke ready to be shared.
