Shea has done a wonderful job of helping to advance the bank towards its fiscal year goals and initiatives. She has taken the lead on several product promotion campaigns, helping deliver website, social media and video content. From checking and CD Special campaigns to youth accounts and Health Saving’s accounts, Shea’s design and writing skills are top notch. Her attention to detail is a beneficial resource to the marketing team especially when it comes to critical efforts like rate updates and the organization’s customer e-newsletters that go out to thousands of households.
Shea has been instrumental in helping to plan and deliver several community events from homebuyer classes and home shows to our very own Employee Appreciation Celebrations (EAC). Shea’s leadership on the bank’s culture-building Better Fedder Committee has helped elevate the quality and impact of that group’s efforts of advancing the values of OlyFed both within the organization and in the community.

Recently Shea joined Lacey Rotary and the Boys & Girls Club Auction Planning Committee. In fact, the Lacey Rotarians were so impressed with Shea, they asked her to join the organization’s Board of Directors. Shea’s leadership also extends to OlyFed’s Diversity Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee where she has served as a member of the team for the past couple of years. Her ideas and contributions have been instrumental in OlyFed’s outreach and community investment efforts.
