Nick was selected by his peers for this honor due to his proactive approach to driving the bank’s mission and initiatives, as well as his exceptional customer service, community involvement and dedication to his colleagues.
He is a team player who thrives on collaboration. This past quarter he has shown initiative by developing a business outreach plan, creating training materials for new employees and sharing best practices across the bank by conducting educational workshops.
Nick goes above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for every customer. He takes time to fully understand each customer’s needs and concerns to find the best products for them. His passion for helping others extends to the community as well. Through his volunteer work, he has brought in new philanthropic partnerships within the bank’s Two-Cent program. He also recently joined the Lacey Chamber of Commerce through a committee that focuses on fostering connections and exploring networking opportunities for the Lacey business community.
