Over the course of her summer and winter breaks during her junior and senior years at WSU, Melissa helped as an administrative assistant and Customer Service Representative (CSR).

Melissa has been honored with many awards not only for her work ethic but also for her commitment to living out the organization’s values. In fact, Melissa is a key member of the bank’s Better Fedder team, which is focused on building and strengthening the organizational culture at OlyFed.

An active community volunteer, Melissa has been Co-Captain of OlyFed’s Relay for Life team for the past seven years and has served on several different committees with South Sound YMCA, Olympia Master Builders and much more.

On most weekends, you can find Melissa cheering on her kids at a baseball field or gymnastics gym. If she’s not cheering on her kids, she’s likely cheering on the Cougs. She and her husband are such big WSU fans; they had everyone sing the fight song at their wedding!
