Gaylene was hired in September 2009 as OlyFed’s Mail Room Operator and since then she’s been an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the bank. Beyond serving in the mail room, Gaylene can always be counted on to go above and beyond to provide clerical and administrative support. It’s her helpful spirit and positive attitude that earned her recognition as Employee of the Quarter in 2012.
In fact, Gaylene has been honored on several occasions with internal company value awards recognizing her dedication to serving the bank and her authentic care and compassion for her colleagues and the bank’s customers.

In her free time, Gaylene enjoys going on road trips, attending craft fairs and relaxing with her morning cup of coffee on the deck. If anyone knows how to accessorize, it’s Gaylene. Her colleagues say she has more hats, jewelry and shoes than anyone they know!
