Earlier this year, Erika was recognized as OlyFed’s Employee of the Quarter. Nominated by her peers for her leadership skills and outstanding customer service, she also plays a vital role on OlyFed’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) Committee.
